We purchase affordable homes through affiliated companies, repair them, and market them to buyers who are in the market to make the transition from renter to owner or are simply in need of affordable housing.

Homes are typically priced under $175,000. We believe these home values to be “recession-proof,” among the safest real estate investments on the market.
These homes are generally in distressed situations, and we are able to provide timely liquidity to otherwise unmarketable homes. A broad range of repairs and improvements are completed to solidify the collateral prior to sale to qualified borrowers. Repairs include but are not limited to foundation repair, roof replacement, HVAC, sheetrock, and some cosmetic repairs as required.
Many in our target market are in the construction trades, so more times than not, buyers quickly make improvements to the home, increasing the quality of the collateral for our notes. These borrowers often prefer to purchase homes at a discount before all cosmetic updates are completed. This creates sweat equity and allows for customized finishes.
For borrowers, the expected mortgage payment competes with a potential rent payment. Our approach bridges the gap from renting to owning, thus providing an accessible path to realizing the American dream of homeownership.
